Because of the nature of our handmade skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used. This is to ensure the highest level of safety, hygiene, and quality for all of our customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of scent preference, skin reactions, or general dissatisfaction once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at orders@persephonespurse.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A refund (in rare cases and at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any item that has been opened or used
  • Products for the eyes or lips
  • Items from the "Last Chance" section or sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
